Back in my 20s, my friends used to wonder why I almost always succeeded in impressing interviewers and securing job offers. The systematic training I received from my school was the secret. From how to dress and conduct myself professionally to how to present myself in a captivating way, the training covered it all, and the trainer was Ms Susila.

I had the privilege of being a student in Ms. Susila’s “Excellent Customer Service” course over a decade ago, and I can say without hesitation that she left an indelible mark on both my academic and personal life. From the first day of class, her passion for teaching and her wealth of professional experience were immediately apparent. Her expertise in customer service was not just theoretical; it was enriched by her real-world experience, which she expertly wove into every lecture. She made complex concepts feel both accessible and engaging by providing practical examples from her own career.

Ms Susila was one of my best and favourite lecturers. She is sociable, knowledgeable and very caring and loving teacher. She always ready to help her students whenever the students need her no matter ex-students or current students. Even Ms Susila was very busy schedule, she still find time to meet her students whose need her help. She also gives students very good advice and encouraged them for their future career after they graduate. I was one of the students who need help and she helped me.
