Course Overview
The Advanced Public Speaking for Adults – Premium Small Group programme is designed for speakers who want to develop an edge in public speaking. While many can speak, only a few can captivate an audience with charisma and confidence. This programme is built on the belief that exceptional speakers are made, not born.
The course focuses on refining the 4 Ps of Presentation – Plan, Prepare, Practise and Present – with a stronger emphasis on persuasive content, audience engagement and advanced techniques in vocal variety, body language and storytelling. Learners will receive personalised feedback and tailored coaching to ensure they master the art of delivering impactful, persuasive and memorable speeches.
Course Description
This programme goes beyond the fundamentals of public speaking to focus on the techniques that create powerful, convincing speakers. Learners will enhance their ability to plan engaging content, organise persuasive messages and structure their speeches using advanced patterns such as Monroe’s Motivated Sequence and comparative analysis.
Learners will practise in a small group setting, allowing for detailed feedback and individual attention. Through mock presentations and guided practice, learners will master techniques in impromptu speaking, persuasive delivery, audience engagement and effective use of visual aids.
