Course Overview
The Advanced Public Speaking for Kids (Ages 8–12) – Large Group Cohort programme empowers young speakers to develop the confidence and skills to express themselves clearly and engage audiences effectively. Through interactive group activities and practice, learners will learn to plan, prepare and present with confidence.
This programme applies the 4 Ps of Presentation – Plan, Prepare, Practise and Present with a focus on crafting persuasive speeches, enhancing vocal variety and improving body language. Group-based learning encourages collaboration, peer feedback and confidence-building in a supportive setting.
Course Description
This course introduces children to advanced public speaking techniques through engaging group activities, role-plays and practice sessions. Learners will develop their ability to structure content, apply persuasive speaking techniques and deliver presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
Through group discussions and mock presentations, learners will gain confidence in impromptu speaking, learn to manage nervousness and refine their ability to think on their feet. The course also focuses on enhancing storytelling skills and maintaining audience interest with vocal variety and expressive delivery.

Group Size: 30 learners
Duration: 6 hours over 4 weeks, with 2 sessions per week
