Course Overview
The Advanced Public Speaking for Kids (Ages 12–16) – Large Group Cohort programme empowers young speakers to develop confidence, craft persuasive content and engage audiences effectively. Through collaborative group activities and interactive practice, learners will refine their delivery and build skills to handle various public speaking scenarios.
This programme uses the 4 Ps of Presentation – Plan, Prepare, Practise and Present with an emphasis on persuasive messaging, advanced content structuring and audience engagement. Learners will enhance their storytelling abilities, body language and vocal variety to captivate diverse audiences.
Course Description
This course introduces learners to advanced public speaking techniques through group-based learning, role-plays and practical exercises. Learners will deepen their understanding of audience analysis, persuasive content creation and speech structuring frameworks, such as Monroe’s Motivated Sequence and problem-solution patterns.
Through engaging group activities and mock presentations, learners will develop the confidence to deliver impactful speeches while managing stage anxiety and responding to impromptu situations with ease.

Course Format and Structure
Group Size: 30 learners
Duration: 6 hours over 4 weeks, with 2 sessions per week
