Course Overview
Public speaking is a valuable skill that helps learners develop confidence and express themselves effectively. The Basic Public Speaking for Kids (Ages 8–12) – Large Group Cohort programme encourages collaborative learning and skill-building in a dynamic group environment.
This programme follows the 4 Ps of Presentation – Plan, Prepare, Practise and Present, guiding learners through the key steps of developing strong public speaking skills. Through group discussions, interactive role-plays and peer feedback, learners will gain the confidence to present their ideas clearly and engage their audience effectively.
Course Description
The Basic Public Speaking for Kids (Ages 8–12) – Large Group Cohort programme equips learners with the core skills needed to deliver well-structured, engaging and confident presentations. Learners will explore audience analysis, content development and the effective use of visual aids to strengthen their presentations.
Learners will build proficiency in verbal and non-verbal communication while receiving constructive feedback from instructors and peers. Visualisation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced to help manage stage fright and develop composure.

Course Format and Structure
Group Size: 30 learners
Duration: 8 hours over 4 weeks, with 2 lessons per week
